Access and business model

Free runner. Paid pilots. Team cloud next.

You do not pay to unlock the open-source code. A paid pilot covers the work of making your own agent workflow testable: integration, agreed rules, evidence and repeatable checks.

Open-source runner

Free · MIT · self-hosted

For developers who want to run, inspect and extend the checks themselves. No account, hosted service or subscription required.

  • Bundled Helpdesk and Stripe scenarios.
  • Local execution, scoped verdicts and HTML evidence.
  • Source code and CLI for your own setup.

Scoped verification pilot

Paid work · quoted after scoping

For an engineering team with a tool-using agent and a failure that should become a repeatable release check.

  • One agreed workflow and explicit business rules.
  • Compatibility review, sandbox data and observable readbacks.
  • Agreed defect cases, evidence report and CI handoff.

Team workspace — planned

Proposed subscription · not built yet

The proposed recurring product is shared workflow verification, not a paywall on the runner. We need to validate repeated team use before setting a price.

  • Planned: shared run history and regression comparisons.
  • Planned: approvals and managed workflow checks.
  • No hosted team tier or subscription checkout today.

Agree what success means before paying.

Start by describing your agent, its tools and the failure you want caught. We check whether the system exposes enough state and whether tests can run safely before agreeing scope, acceptance and price.

Custom permission packs are not built yet. A pilot is scoped integration work, not a claim that every MCP server or API is supported. No production writes, no security assurance beyond the agreed checks, and no automatic purchase on this site.

Try before the conversation.

The built-in Helpdesk demo uses synthetic data and scripted agents. It runs locally, with no model key, so you can see what a boundary failure and its evidence look like.
